Created as a further artistic extension to his successful design company, Blue Griffin, Jerome Walford formed the graphic novel publisher Forward Comix. Forward Comix is dedicated to a promoting grassroots collaboration among independent artists and promoting novel, indie web-comics.

Published on this site is Jerome’s new and successful series Nowhere Man, a gritty detective drama meets sci-fi thriller which follows the journey of NYPD detective Jack Maguire. Maguire was recently awarded the 2014 Glyph Comics Award for 2014 Best Male Character, and Jerome’s series was also nominated for 2014 Best Artist and 2014 Best Cover.
