Deborah Hrbek serves as Co-Chair of the New York City Bar Association’s AI Task Force Subcommittee on the Impact of AI on Content Creators, Distributors, Users & Consumers, helping shape conversations surrounding the legal and ethical implications of artificial intelligence.
Hrbek Law is also involved as counsel, in the active multi-plaintiff lawsuit Shakespeare et al. v. Anthropic, which alleges copyright infringement of creative writings and their rights holders.
