Cristina Vergano, Painter.

A native of Italy, Cristina Vergano depicts an intriguing world where creatures, both human and animal, inhabit pastoral landscapes or rich interiors. Her works are created in her SoHo studio.  They blend imaginative playfulness and surreal content, and are rendered in oil paints, with academic old master technique. Vergano's work can be found on Whoopi Goldberg's wall as displayed in the New York Magazine Spring Design 2012 issue.

Vergano's extensive body of work can be found (and purchased!) at the prestigious Leonard Tourné Gallery in Manhattan.

She has fundamentally changed the way I approach my valuation in the industry by removing the 'cringe factor' from discussions around compensation. She brings a charming touch of grace to negotiations representing my company's value and supporting its reputation while simultaneously securing fair and equitable compensation.
